THURSDAY, JANUARY 9: Dinner at Young's; to Mother's bar; home at 2:30AM.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 10: Dad's worse; Ballet evening at Akron University.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 11: See "Duffy" and "The Game Is Over" at drive-in with Rita; Rick telephones.

SUNDAY, JANUARY 12: Sue Zadai's slide show.

MONDAY, JANUARY 13: Dad dies.

TUESDAY, JANUARY 14: Kash and Jennie (Dad's brother and his wife) in.

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 15: Dad's wake; finish "Notions Unlimited," see "Faces."

THURSDAY, JANUARY 16: Dad's funeral; finish "First and Last Freedom," to Welfare office and Social Security.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 17: See "Belle de Jour" with Rita.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 18: Bus to NYC; lose luggage; get it the next day.
